Check in is from 3pm
We need to have a copy of your passport details to fill in police log & negative covid test when required
Checkout is at 10am
However, we do our best to accommodate early arrivals/later departures within covid cleaning protocols between guests. If you have a very late departure flight its worth booking extra night to ensure you have the property all day on departure day
COVID compliance
The property is left for a minimum 2 hours between guests with ventilation, followed by cleaning & then disinfection of all areas, adhering to COVID protocols as advised.
Alcohol spray is left in the kitchen area for guests use.
Due to the changing nature of rules and regulations, we advise all guests of current restrictions in place in Lanzarote at the moment of arrival.

House Rules
- No smoking within villa building, outside smoking on terrace permitted
- No parties or events allowed
- Rubbish to be taken out daily and recycling bins used for glass, plastic/cans and paper
- No wipes or similar put down the toilet into drainage system
- Please don’t waste water
Cancellation Policy
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a date in Villa Helena Jane. Balance is due one month before arrival and is fully transferable to another date is case of cancellation due to Covid-19.
All guests should take out adequate holiday insurance for the duration of their stay.

Location & Nearby Attractions
You don’t have to travel far to enjoy a memorable holiday at Villa Helena Jane. There is lots to do and see close by.
Culture
Costa Teguise is a fabulous resort with so many great restaurants and bars to choose from.
The central square Pueblo Marinero, a short walk from the villa, is one of its main hubs with regular live music, artisan & farmers markets and buzzy atmosphere.
Some out of resort highlights are those designed by Cesar Manrique, the islands most famous son. He also designed many of the tourist sites, such as cactus garden, Mirador del Rio – viewpoint to La Graciosa and Jameos del Agua, amongst others.

Beaches
Costa Teguise has a beautiful sea front promenade throughout the whole resort from Playa los Charcos to Playa Bastian and beyond.
Las Cucharas is the nearest and largest of the beaches with areas for windsurf, sailing and stand-up paddle plus safe swimming, only a 5 minute walk from the villa.
Also of note is Playa Jablillo as a beautiful snorkel spot.

There are plenty of places to eat and drink, these are our current recommendations.
You are seriously spoilt for choice for great places to eat in Costa Teguise, but we can mention a few favourites to start you off
- La Bohemia, Argentinian BBQ grill restaurant.
- Pesquera, seafront restaurant, perfect for fish lunch or sangria
- Damian or Café Bombón for coffee breakfast & brunch
- Shamrock bar, super homecooked Irish breakfast & meal deals
- Beach bar Luca, our favourite mojito bar
- Keg & Kilt live music and sports bar
Shopping
There is a large Hiperdino supermarket just 2 mins walk away
Funde grube quality gift/cosmetic shops are found nearby and also on the sea front, plus there are many smaller clothes and gift shops in the town centre.

The outside space was excellent from the seating area to the pool, a great place to chill while also taking a dip to cool off. The only slight downside to our stay was that we did struggle with no air conditioning, although we used the fans provided we did still struggle a bit to escape from the heat, but this is just our opinion as others may fair better. Overall we absolutely loved our stay at Helena Jane and would gladly return and would also highly recommend to others. The warmest of thanks,
Honestly we have no negative feedback at all- a very good holiday had by us 3. Everything was super clean, homely, comfortable (the sofas are insane by the way inside and out!) and it’s such a perfect area with loads to do!
Helena Jane was everything we expected and more. Location couldn’t be better with supermarkets, bars, restaurants and the beach all within a very short walk. The villa is beautiful, clean and the heated swimming pool gets sunshine pretty much all day. Roger and Lynn are the perfect hosts with advice recommendations and support. From planning best places to eat and taxi transfers to and from the airport. Helena Jane has a wonderful gated patio so is very secure and provides relaxed privacy. Even though it’s very close to the nightlife it’s very peaceful and quiet. A large lounge to relax in if you’re not heading out to the lovely beach area where my son and I enjoyed swimming, football and electric scooters. We all enjoyed the shops. Lot’s to do. Loads of choice. My family and I are already talking about returning at Christmas and rebooking for next summer. The villa is appointed to a very high standard. Comfy beds, quality linen, towels and beach towels. Everything on your doorstep, no need for a car. Helena Jane gets 10 out of 10. Perfect family Villa. Thanks
